      Can I carry breast milk through airport security internationally?

      Every country has its own regulations for carrying on breast milk. We’ve put together this list of resources to help you plan your travels and understand each country’s requirements (and restrictions) for carrying on breast milk.

      While security agencies have posted these policies online, they may be inconsistently enforced by security personnel. We strongly recommend printing out the policies of the countries you are traveling to and through, and carrying them with you in the event that you need to advocate for proper handling of your milk.
